Being able to speak Demonic has its advantages.

(I switched to Dark Apotheosis form to listen to Levixus's yelling atop Auchindoun.)

Working on a new mog to compliment my “just plain folks” one. This is my “White Warlock” look I’m going to start using in PvP, which will make a lot more sense once I get this Cata fiction piece written.
The only problem is that I share the [Staff of Broken Hopes] with my PvP set, so I will obviously need a second, identical staff so I can show off both the [Staff of Justified Sins] and [Healer’s Staff of the Forest], pictured above.

No one said fashion would be cheap?

The AV trinket (which returns you to your base) is one of the most underused items in the BG, but it’s essential for defending towers. It’s underused because it’s a total pain in the butt to use - you have to rummage through your bags, equip it, wait 30 seconds, trigger it, teleport, then unequip it.
It sucks.
But the teleport back can mean recapping that tower in Dun Baldar or losing it, so you should use it if you can.
Here’s a simple trick to help. Create an Equipment Set named “AV”. Make it blank for everything but the AV trinket. Save it, drag it somewhere out of the way.
When you need to get back to base, hit your AV button and start running back. In about 30 seconds, fire off your first trinket slot to teleport. When you zone back in, immediately hit your PvP equipment set (everyone should have PvE/PvP gear sets past level 70) to unequip it and get you ready for tower defense.
Now you’re part of the recap team.
(Extra pro tip: If you have bag space, hah, but want a visual reminder of your outfit status, add the Stormpike/Frostwolf tabard in the AV equipment set. This will make it very clear to you that you’ve got your AV trinket equipped.)
Edit: I thought about this some more last night and realized I could improve on my own process a bit. Dragging the equipment set to your bars works, but it lacks any kind of timer. I could make a macro that says:
#show Stormpike Insignia Rank 6
/equipset AV
and this should display the AV trinket CD.
Also, I added some tags before Baen can come and yell at me. >.>
