"A light heart carries you through bad battlegrounds."

Lizzyuh gave me that fortune a few days ago. It’s great advice to remember.

Master of Eye of the Storm was practically a victory lap. Dee joined me on her Holy Pally, so I was immortal. I threw myself at FRR and took it, then BET went Alliance, then it was essentially a farm of the graveyard. I waded into a multiboxing shaman and ruined his night.

They are not all like this. Some nights they’re hard, and you can’t get out of the GY. Some nights you queue for hours and win nothing. Other nights you lose by the slimmest of margins.

But tonight, all I needed was a single win, and I got it. Just a win, like any other night, but this night I had friends with me, in the game and out of it, rooting for me to win. Just win one. You’ve done it hundreds of times before, and at least 142 times in EotS.

This one win, though, makes it official. It completes the resume. It says: I did it. All of it.

The good ones, the bad ones, doesn’t matter. Done.

Thanks to everyone who showed up at the party tonight. Your support really means a lot to me.
